Packages Include:

• Exclusive use of the exquisitely decorated circa 1907, Queen Anne Victorian, the First Lady Mansion for up to four hours of event time, plus one hour prior for any special items you may need to bring, vendors, etc. (You may arrive as early as 9:00 AM and conclude your event as late as 10:00 PM Sunday through Thursday or 11:00 PM Friday and Saturday, based on your planned event start time.)
• Full set-up prior to and break-down and clean-up after
• Consultation Planning meeting 4-6 weeks prior to your event date
• All tables and chairs
• Full staff
• Choice of linens
• Choice of gold or silver decorative charger plates (tables will be set)
• Real China for your buffet
• White or black chair covers with choice of colored sash
• Cut-glass beverage stemware
• Choice of white or black linen napkins

Catering and Enhancement items will be billed separately. (40 person minimum)
